Wow one of my children most loved nourishments, for breakfast, tidbits or pastry are these infant hotcakes. I began making them as a finger nourishment for my oldest when he was weaning.

My most youthful is currently more than two years of age, and I can genuinely say these infant flapjacks with apple and oat stay a colossal hit! As prove by the reality when I made two groups yesterday to take the photos they were totally obliterated by my three kiddos.

Baby Pancakes – Apple and Oat #healthy #breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats (150g)
  • 1/2 cup apple purée (150g)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup milk (or milk substitute)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place oats into a food processor and blitz until fine
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, the mixture will be thick
  3. Drop spoonfuls onto a medium heat greased pan
  4. Flip the pancakes when bubbles form and burst on the surface
  5. Allow to cool then serve!
