Miso Katsudon #dinner #japanesefood

Miso Katsu wear is forever my top decision when I purchase takeaway Japanese nourishment. Why? Since it's a tasty Donburi (rice bowl) dish produced using the yummiest Japanese nourishments: Katsu on plain Japanese rice covered with Miso sauce!!

Miso katsudon is pan fried panko crumbed pork cutlets on rice in a bowl and afterward sweet umami stuffed tasty miso sauce is sprinkled over the pork cutlets. Miso goes with any protein yet the flavor coordinates especially well with pork.

Miso Katsudon is so tasty in light of the fact that the miso sauce isn't simply miso glue covered on the pork cutlets. Miso sauce is made with dashi stock, mirin, purpose, sugar, and miso all combined. That is the means by which the one of a kind sweet and exquisite flavor is made and adored by practically all Japanese individuals. In the event that you live outside of Japan, getting Hacho miso may be a bit of testing. Be that as it may, you can utilize any kind of miso. I utilize my hand crafted miso to make this uncommon sauce and it is as delightful as the miso katsudon I used to have in Japan.
