Blackberry Lemon Vodka Punch – A reviving spiked punch made with new lemon juice, jumbled blackberries, and a natively constructed blackberry and thyme imbued vodka. The ideal beverage to appreciate whenever of year!
For this beverage, I found the opportunity to make my first mixed vodka – blackberry thyme implanted vodka. Did you know imbued vodka is fantastically simple to make?! Everything I did was include the fixings together and let them sit for two or three days. That is it!
Implanted vodka truly takes the beverage to an entire other level. Furthermore, for me, I think it subdues down the serious vodka flavor into a smooth, drinkable liquor.

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE PUNCH:
- 2 cups fresh blackberries plus more for garnish
- 2 large lemons plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 750 mL-bottle champagne or prosecco
- 1 cup blackberry thyme infused vodka recipe below
- fresh thyme for garnish
FOR THE INFUSED VODKA:
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 2 cups vodka
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE PUNCH:
- Juice the two lemons into a pitcher. Add sugar and blackberries and muddle together. Add vodka (don't include any of the vodka-soaked berries or twigs) and stir. Add entire bottle of champagne. Finish off the pitcher with a couple cups of ice and then serve!
FOR THE INFUSED VODKA:
- Add the vodka, berries, and thyme to a glass container for 1-3 days. I used a mason jar. Shake every 8-12 hours or so.
