Ingredients
Keto cheesecake filling

  • 3 Jar I used these
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 3 TB Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sweetener I used this
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Pecan or 4oz
  • 18 chips Sugar free chocolate chipss I used these
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Sugar free caramel I used this

Crust

  • 2 TB Coconut flour I used this
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered sweetner I used this
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 TB Unsalted Butter

Servings:

  • 1 Jar

Instructions
Mixing Crust

  1. Mix coconut flour, powdered sweetener, cinnamon, salt
  2. Pour on melted butter the whisk with fork until crumbles form
  3. Set aside

Keto Cheesecake filling

  1. Cream the cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sweetener
  2. Add vanilla extract, and beat in egg
  3. Take 3 tsp of your crumble you set aside and add into each jar
  4. Measure 1/2 cup of the filling and put into each of your 3 jars
  5. Top off each jar with your pecans and chocolate chips. Give it a little swerve just to mix throughout.
  6. With 1 tsp of the Choczero, add in a swivel motion into each keto cheesecake. Avoid dropping all in one location to avoid all of sauce going straight into the bottom
  7. Bake in a water bath at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for about a hour and a half. If you have a setting for 275 go for 2 hours. Keep a eye on the cheesecake in a jar and look for the top to start browning slightly but not too much
