Crispy Crunchy Chickpea and Oat Crackers #healthy #snack

So it's authentic, I should be a child nourishment blogger, since I currently have a wafer formula, and these fresh, crunchy chickpea and oat wafers are it! I make hand crafted wafers frequently, however up to this point I haven't had my very own formula.

My chickpea and oat saltines began their life one day when I was making hummus. I took a risk, included oats heated them and blast it completely worked out! First time, that practically never happens when I attempt to make a formula, for the most part, there are a pile of comes up short, before a triumph!

On the off chance that you have the elements for hummus, at that point you basically have the elements for these wafers. My kiddos like them, and I like them, which implies they are a victor. The children have appreciated them plain or with cheddar. Me, well for me a definitive fixing combo with these wafers has been blue cheddar, caramelized onion relish close by a glass if red wine after the children have hit the hay.

  9. Place a second piece of baking paper on top of the dough, using a rolling pin, roll until it is evenly spread over the baking tray and approximately 5mm thick
  10. Score the dough into cracker shaped pieces, I use a pizza roller to do it, but you can use a knife
  11. Using a fork, prick the center of each cracker, it helps the crackers to bake evenly
  12. Bake at 180 degrees celsius  36o Fahrenheit for 40-50mins until golden
