Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk (or dairy-free milk of your choice)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (OR honey, agave nectar, or use a few drops of your favourite Stevia)
  • ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk in a pot on the stove over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup and whisk to combine.
  3. Continue to heat and whisk just until the milk reaches a boil.
  4. Froth the latte in the pot using a hand-held frother (if you have one) or continue to whisk off the heat to create some foam.
  5. Pour into mugs and top with a pinch of cinnamon.
  6. Enjoy!
