- 1,5 cup chilled green tea/organic soymilk
- 2 cup (packed) dark green leafy vegetables
- juice of 1 citrus fruit
- 200g frozen berries
- 1/2 ripe banana/ 1 Medjool date

- 2 tsp sesame seeds
